Qatar Airways Quick at taking your money slow to process refunds

cancelled by flight on the 7th of January 2025 due to visa issues, they said the refund will take 10-12 days it is the 2nd February 2025 now still o feedback. Countless follow ups on my side nothing...worst experience ever will never book with the again.
