Qatar airways - pay back the money

This airline charged me twice in April 2021 for a transaction.

Have tried every resource, online, app, customer service

Now they claim money was refunded in April but cannot provide proof of payment.

With this type of attitude, service and no response, AIRLINE OF THE YEAR?????????
