Qatar Airways Pathetic!!!!!!

Qatar Airways bagage handlers ripped open my brand new travel suitcase, broke the handle and dragged the bag on the ground. When I reported this and asked for a refund or a new suitcase they offered me $25!!!!!! What must I do with $25??? Im a Business Class passenger with Gold Status and this is how you treat clients. Pathetic!!!!! This is the last time I will fly with you and I will change my co workers flights as well.
