Qatar airways loose my bag

I flew back from London Gatwick on the 31.12.2022 Qatar airways partnered with British airways flew us out of london Gatwick.

Upon my arrival in JHB OR Tambo my bag did not arrive.

The help desk for Qatar baggage advised it was left in transit at Doha airport and we will receive it in 48hours.

It is now the 04.01.2023 and Qatar have advised that the bag is in traceable???? This message I have been advised over social media platforms only. Trying to get hold of anyone at Qatar airways is simply impossible and I am told to be patient.

I need my baggage and all responses from the social media responses are auto generated, with not a car in the world for the client. Customer service and after sales service just doesn’t exist.

I need my bag and I am desperate yet no one can tell me where it is ????
