Qatar airways lack of customer support

Its quite sad that the world is going through such turmoil and yet companies like Qatar airways aren't howing their clients the support they need. I have been trying since last Monday, through all the channels listed on their website to get a refund for my ticket withit being a futile exercise as well as a waste of my time (2 hours on a call with the music playing in my ears of Qatar airlines) and a load of my airtime but still havent been given feedback even from the 10 emails that i have sent....i honestly dont know what more to do
