Qatar Airways - Horrible Customer Service for Baggage ******

This was the first time we have used Qatar Airways, we will definitely not use them again! We were flying Durban to ****et, when we arrived in ****et our luggage had been broken and items ****** out. We went to the police station and paid for a statement, made contact with the airline as the online platform was not allowing us to submit the claim, this was logged in September, after numerous emails and documents to complete, we are now in November and still nothing done from the airline and no reimbur*****t whats so ever. This is absolutely ridiculous and pathetic for such a big airline.
