Qatar Airways has not returned my handbag left on their flight

I left my handbag on a Qatar flight while travelling from South Africa to Doha (layover) - with the final destination being Greece.

This was on 18 September 2024. I travelled back to South Africa on 28 September 2024. I reported it on their lost and found website on 28 September 2024.

The handbag was subsequently found: This item is registered under the Found Property

I have been contacting Qatar every week asking for feedback on when my handbag will be returned - to date, no one has responded to me.

The last feedback was in September when they said my handbag was found and will be returned to my nearest airport for collection.

And then dead silence. They do not respond to emails or connect to the live chats to assist.

The items in my handbag are work-related and I need it returned as soon as possible but it seems no one cares about customer service.
