Qatar airways Durban are rude and difficult.

Qatar Airways and specifically the check-in/customer facing staff at King Shaka International Airport, do not understand this concept of customer satisfaction. And for 1 Kg per passenger (i.e. for my wife and I), we were prevented from checking-in (each piece of checked-in luggage was under 30kg's). The check-in staff and supervisor insisted that we had to check in luggage seperately and be 40kg's each even though our combined weights was 82Kg's.

This is completely unacceptable and inexcusable from a travelers point of view, especially since I paid for a premium class ticket. The experience was so horrid and unpleasant that I never want to spend another cent on Qatar Airways again.
