Qatar airways cost you more plane tickets

I recently flew with Qatar airways from Jhn to Quanzhou. I booked in luggage at Jhn to recieve it at Beijien and then had to rebook it for my connecting flight.

When I got to Beijien I could not get my luggage and after about an hour's search I realised that my baggage was scatered through out the terminal (on all the baggages wheels) after about an hour searching for all my bags I reported it to the lost baggage dep (which could not understand me properly).

I then decided to leave and try to make it in time for my flight. AFTER firts reporting my missing luggage and filling in nec paperwork, wich was emailed on the spot to Qatar airways in jhb.Although I still didnt have all my bags, I had to decide to miss my flight or leave some bags. I had somebody picking me up in Quanzhou and had no network to phone them, thus had to be in time for my flight.

When I got to the book in counter I was too late. Thus I had to buy NEW tickets for me and my family which was R9000. I whent back to the terminal where my bags was lost, as I now had time to try and sort it out again as I already missed my flight, but still I struggled to communicate to them ( they don't understand eng properly). Although I now got some off my lost baggage back and got them to say that they will email qatar. Futhermore my bags that were booked in as fragile looks like they were putt through a blender. Another R2000 that they cost me.

This was the 23 of April, since then I have posted via their website, I have emailed 3 diffrent emails. Nothing has happed since then it seem that they are only trying to avoid me at all cost. The only response that I have recieved is them telling me that I should have reported it before leaving the terminal, which I have before leaving and again after I missed my flight because of them, then on their website, then to 3 diffrent email accounts, and now on hellopeter.

PLEASE HELP I HAVE HAD A UUUUUGE LOSS BECAUSE OF QATAR AIRWAYS.
