QATAR AIRWAYS BAD SERVICE

For our flight for 4 of us with baby, booked 9 months in advance, they have changed the flight 3 times. I chose this flight because of the short layover in Doha of 1.5hrs, they now have changed the layover to 8.5hrs. The airline refuse to compensate me with accommodation or lounge, their general policy is to provide complimentary accommodation for a layover of more than 8 hrs but according to them, not for my flight. If I cancel I would need to pay an extra R30k for an alternative flight, so for 8.5 hrs they expect us to sit there with the baby at their airport. Never again will I choose this airline if they can treat their customers in this manner.This is my first flight and last flight with Qatar Airways.
