Qatar Airways bad service

Bad experience on a flight from Durban to Dubai with a stopover in Doha flying Business Class. My luggage was broken into and items ******. I immediately reported it in Dubai and was promised feedback in 2 weeks by the agent. Needless to say it's 3 months now and nobody can give me an answer or any feedback. Numerous calls, emails sent but nothing. All they ask is for your Case number and say they are escalating it to the relevant department. As a frequent flyer of many airlines this is the worst airline to fly due to their bad customer service. Other airlines get back to you in a week and compensate you accordingly from complimentary tickets to complimentary air miles and/or appropriate compensation. If ths is Qatar Airways way of conducting business I will never fly them again. Rather fly their Middle East competitors!!
