Qatar Airways Bad Experience

I travelled with Qatar Airways on a return flight from OR Tambo to Algeria. My large suitcase was damaged in the process and I submitted a claim for reimbur*****t. They reverted with an offer of $25 in compensation which was more than half the value of the suitcase. In my claim I even attached the payment that was made for the suitcase that was new. This has been over a month now and no compensation received nor apology. I was ultimately compromised to accept the $25 as I had no choice. At least it would contribute towards a new though unfair. Let's see when they finally refund. Very bad experience
