Qatar airways bad attitude

Their service at the moment is awful! Complained to them about a flight of ours on the 5th May that due to their technical issues it resulted in a late departure about 4 hours later, this meant we missed our local connecting flights! At Doha when we approached the staff the lady was exceptionally rude and says "she doesnt care"! All we received was a sad apology before we landed thats all! Well with this attitude Qatar your service is definitely degrading and I personally will choose not to travel with Qatar going forward! Sent an email to the customer care, to date no response not even an acknowldegement of the complaint!
