Qatar airlines unfair air tariffs.

Firstly I booked a flight through a travel agency by the name of gotogate to travel from OR Thambo to Omaha USA. The flight ticket cost me R35600 a return ticket.

Secondly, I had to reschedule my flight only to be told that I would have to pay R9000.00 additional costs towards a flight that they had advertised at R27850.00 a return flight. In other words the flight charge would have come to an amount of R36850.00. Bare in mind that I still have an active ticket which cost me R35600.00. This did not make any sense at all and I was forced to settle for a one way ticket for the same price if R35000.00. This is unfair and daylight ******* from the airlines. A one way ticket charged at exactly the same price as a return ticket. I have all the proof and recordings. Not to mention spending 5 hours on the phone with them.
