Qatar Airlines lies about cancelled flight refunds

Qatar Airlines cancelled my flight 2 days before departure with no alternative. I had to buy a ticket with another airline and claimed the promised Qatar Airlines refund multiple times with no response. At great cost after waiting in queue for at least an hour, I managed to speak to a Qatar Airlines customer service representative in Qatar who promised that I will receive my refund within 40 days. It is now more than 80 days later and I still have not received my refund or any communications from Qatar Airlines.
