Qatar airline tickets

I bought four airline tickets in January 2020 from Johannesburg to Barcelona and back. Due to travel restrictions caused by Covid , we could not travel. Qatar airlines agreed to refund the tickets . To date, after numerous attempts to try and get a refund, I did not succeed. The latest is that the refund is in progress but nothing is happening. They leave me no choice but to complain on this site.
