POOR SERVICE by Qatar Airways on damaged suitcase

Having travelled the long flights from Jhb to Adelaide, Australia recently with Qatar airways the experience was not great. Food mediocre but more importantly they completely damaged one of our suitcases (beyond repair). I lodged a complaint via their website and spoke at length to their help line (based in India). Emailed them the requested photographs of the damaged case, baggage tags, boarding passes, air tickets and baggage tag on the actual suitcase. Despite several emails to their only email (***) all their system reflects after more than two weeks is "under evaluation". Very poor service compared to emirates who also damaged a suitcase some years ago and resolved issue within a week!
