Poor service

Qatar south African staff are a **** it's about time it's known the service is bad and very terrible and they are all ***** this goes out to Musa and Tyler I checked in with documents as requested but then Musa says Dublin immigration has denied me of visitation but he is unable to provide reason and show me email sent to him from Dublin he then left and doesn't want to assist us... Now I'm left with costs I didn't accompany for yet I meet both requirements for traveling...i f*** ****** frustrated something must be done..
