Poor Qatar Airways customer care

I try since 3 months to get my miles sorted. 7 email adresses, listed on their different sites are invalid and emails bounced back. The only reply I managed to receive directed me backto the sam invsalid email adresses. Don't they care or don't they read customer emails properly? Poor service for such a high rated airline.
