Pathetic service

We flew from Salalah Oman to Doha with a connecting flight to JHB. There was a few minute delay with the flight and we had a short transit time. We left the aircraft and took a bus to the terminal and rushed to the gate immediately but were denied boarding. We were then made to wait for hours on end before being told that we have to book a new flight at our expense.
