No WiFi for paying customers

Qatar WiFi not working for 80%of the flights. I have paid for my full flight uncapped WiFi but they only put it on for the special guests in the Upper class seats for the first hour that is free for them and then they switch it off and don't care about the customers that paid for uncapped WiFi. I think the is the worst service from them. I had two flights on Monday 12 June and Tuesday 13 June and another one on Friday 16 June. Not one of them I had more than 2hours Internet and my shortest flight was more than 5 hours.
