My Bag is so badly ****aged

This airline has done nothing but move emails around and promise lies to me.<br> We have waited for almost two months for them to sort this out and my expensive bag that they ripped apart is still missing now after they have collected it and never got back to me.<br> <br> Im still waiting to get this sorted out and no one is responsible this company os really ruining there reputation.<br> <br> Regards Donovan Bassett
