Most overrated airline

I heard Qatar airways is the best and booked flights for my in laws from Johannesburg to Kozhikode. Airline changed the flight and didn't inform ( by email or phone ) us. Luckily I saw it when I logged in to my Qatar Airways account. There was 20 hours waiting period for the new ticket in Doha.Then I phoned the Qatar airline office at Johannesburg and asked why the flight was changed and they said the flight is cancelled. But they said Airline will give Free Transit accommodation on arrival at Doha. But on arrival at Doha Airline said they won't give accommodation or food coupons and Johannesburg office gave wrong information. My in laws didn't know what to do in an unknown Airport , Airline literally told them to get lost. There was a good staff member who saw their misery and helped them to get a transit accommodation after hours of uncer*****y. I think I should go back to Emirates or Etihad as normally I do and never book Qatar airways ever again.

Funny thing is that they never cancelled the original flight , the staff simply **** to me. I am cancelling all my future tickets with Qatar airways doesn't matter how much is their rating.
