Missing luggage

Dear Qatar Airways

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the mishandling of my baggage during my recent flight with Qatar Airways.

Baggage claim ref number: JNB***/Ribeiro

Upon arrival at Johannesburg I was informed that my baggage was missing. I have already filed a Property Irregularity Report. Despite my attempts to follow up, I have not received any satisfactory updates regarding the status of my baggage.

This incident has caused significant inconvenience and disruption to my travel plans, as I have been without essential items that were in my bag. I request that Qatar Airways provide an immediate update on the status of my missing bag and expedite the process of locating and delivering it to me. Additionally, I expect to be compensated for the inconvenience and missing items

Please treat this matter with urgency, and I look forward to a prompt resolution.
