Lost bags reported

Lost luggage on trip to Doha Spoke to the flight attendants they advised they will log a report. Been sending emails back and forward. Getting passed around. My passport and identity document is in the bag. Personal items clothing and much more. Sent countless emails to the email address ***a keep getting different feedback and no support. What bad service. No one seems bothered.
