LET'S HOPE THE PILOTS AREN'T COLOUR BLIND AS WELL.

I recently flew internationally with Qatar Airways and somewhere en route they managed to drop my baggage out the aircraft, or at least it would appear so given the damage attained by my suitcase when it eventually appeared on the other side. Given the damage to the suitcase and given i had bought it especially for the trip and it was brand new, I would have expected Qatar Airways to replace it, but they insisted on repair (I wasn't given a choice regarding replacement even though it meant that I had to find a replacement suitcase of my own for international travel again ppear so given the damage attained by my suitcase when it eventually appeared on the other side. I have just received pics of the returned suitcase (I'm still travelling abroad sans suitcase) and the replacement parts are completely different colours to the originals?
