I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to Lerato from Qatar Airways' ground crew, who went above and beyond to assist me during my recent flight experience. After paying for extra legroom, I was disappointed to find myself assigned to the smallest seat on the aircraft. Upon raising my concern with the ground staff, Lerato immediately stepped in and handled the situation with impressive professionalism and a warm, friendly demeanor. She efficiently arranged for me to be reassigned to a more suitable seat, making a huge difference to my comfort for the flight.

What truly stood out about Lerato was not just her solution-oriented approach but her exceptional composure and professionalism, especially in the face of the flight being delayed by 3 hours. While some staff members seemed overwhelmed, Lerato remained calm and courteous, maintaining a high level of decorum throughout her interactions with all passengers. She was attentive and respectful, answering questions and addressing concerns with a positive attitude, which helped ease the frustrations caused by the delay.

I would like to specifically acknowledge how her professionalism far exceeded that of her supervisor, who I found to be lacking in comparison. Lerato’s dedication to customer service was evident, and I truly appreciated how she handled everything with such grace, ensuring a smooth experience for everyone involved.
