Kicked off my SA flight & now stranded in Malaysia

We were late for our flight in SA due to 1 of my kids being ill.We were checked in and baggage sent through long before the flight.20 min before departure I received a rude phone call from the guy at the gate asking me where I was.We were going through security at that point.He phoned shortly after to say he was \kicking\" us off the flight.We had gone through security and a Qatar employee ran to us and said we need to run.We went to the front of passport control and ran with 2 kids (babies) and our hand luggage to the gate.The lady had told another Qatar employee to tell the gate we are on our way.We got to the gate and were told we cant board.Then proceeded to get our luggage and waited half hour only to receive wet bags.We needed to go back through passport control (which we could have easily avoided).Walked to ticketing office with an official who when we got there said he knows nothing about Qatar because he works for Mango airlines. On email correspondence from Iaian Puttock he says this man was a Qatar official.So we were **** to and left stranded.We are now stuck in Malaysia and don't know when we are leaving due to a cancelled flight.No solid communication and unsympathetic"
