Is it Safe to fly with Qatar Airways?

We recently used Qatar airways from Johannesburg to ****et...our seats were changed 3 time's before takeoff and we were separated from our children and Spouses . My Granddaughter has a food allergy which she registered with the Airline but the seating arrangements were so messed up that they did not know where she was on the Aircraft resulting in her being given the wrong food!!
