I want my flight reimbur*****t

I am writing to bring to your attention the experience I had during my recent travel with your airline. On the 18th of May, when I arrived for check-in from Johannesburg O.R Tambo International Airport to Myanmar, I was informed that the flight was full and was rescheduled for the next day. I was informed that the flight had been overbooked by sales personnel and was assured that I would be provided with hotel accommodation and compensation for the inconvenience. I appreciate that the accommodation was indeed provided to me; however, I have not received any communication regarding the promised compensation as my details were taken. On the 19th, when I returned to the airport for check-in, I was once again informed that the flight was full. Despite this, I was assisted and ended up flying via Egypt to connect to my final destination. I kindly request clarification on the status of the promised compensation for the inconvenience caused by the flight disruptions.

I sent an email to O.R Tambo Qatar airways no one has bothered to reply, no one contacted me as promised as I filled a form with my contact details. Additionally, all my suitcases were broken upon arrival.
