Horrible and *********** service from Qatar Airways

We received extremely poor treatment from Qatar Airways on 11/26/2021 upon our check in at OR Tambo International Airport. We were told that our Visas were not valid because they were not stamped on our passports, however, the Visas from Nigeria are currently "Visa on arrival" whereby we receive confirmation of Visa approval and permission to enter Nigeria and the Visa gets processed on arrival in Nigeria. We showed the check in lady our approved Visas on arrival, however, through her blatant ignorance insisted that she does not recognise these Visas that clearly indicate that Nigeria has granted us entry into their country. This is unacceptable as it resulted in us missing our flight.

The complaint was logged directly with Qatar Airways on the 11/26/2021, however, no response whatsoever received to date.
