Highly Unimpressed
Booked my first travel through this airline and looks entirely possible to be the last as well. Booked for the family including an infant, on the webpage it says contact them to arrange for a seat for the infant after booking. The first time I called, held for in excess of 15 minutes....no answer. I then signed up for the privilege club to see if that would help my find where to do this. No it doesnt. I called again and got hold of someone who you can barely hear and command of the English language is basic at best. I now get told I must go back and buy an entirely new child seat for the booking. Not helpful at all as it will now mean more unnecessary costs and complications on the booking. With the rate at which international airlines are folding one would think customer service would be a bit more of a focus but clearly not. Will rather go back to Virgin and Emirates in the future for our travels.
