After numerous calls and records to the call centre I informed emergency exit seats were arranged. When I got to airport on the time as instructed (2.5 hours prior) I was given another story. Thus no seats. <br> However, sarah from qatar ground crew. What great service! She arranged for business class seats on my second flight. Such a great attitude and really going the extra mile.
