Extremely bad customer service causing major inconvenience regarding planned trip

Extremely bad customer service. I have been calling for 5 months regarding my trip to another country with my dog as additional baggage and have repeatedly given the incorrect information which has wasted my time and now my money and I don't know what to do.

I might have to cancel my entire trip which I've already put in leave for and prepared for. I will not take this lightly, I have proof to show the dates and times I have called in to ask your consultants what to do they have given me the instructions... Now 9days before my trip your consultant is telling me that I can't actually travel with my dog as additional luggage and can only be done via cargo.

I want someone from the complaints department to contact me as soon as possible. My trip is in 9 days from today.
