Efficient service

On flying from ****am to Cape Town I fell ill and my ticket details were subsequently changed (on a no-change ticket, mind you). When trying to check in for return leg the night before the flight, I discovered my ticket was no longer valid. These two ladies made my return leg possible by having my ticket re-validated and even found me a seat, all this barely two hours prior to departure. These ladies are fantastic at the job and certainly add value to Qatar Airways. They were such a pleasure to deal with...my nerves were frayed! Thank you Qatar Airways for employing staff like these two at your Cape Town desks! #thumbsup
