Double charged for same tickets!! Stay away from Qatar Airlines

This company does not know the 1st thing about customer service. I bought 5 tickets through a travel agent with Qatar Airlines. BOTH parties deducted the money from my account, and both parties refuse to assist in resolving the matter. It is ****************.
