Don't fly with Qatar, it's a disappointing experience!

The customer service at Qatar airways is absolutely poor. What happened to this airline because I used to hear such good things about it.

They got information wrong about our trip to Turkey and cost us R2000 in cancelation fees and we got a response saying they're sorry, however with Covid-19 things are changing all the time. So they're an airline selling tickets to countries they're not sure passengers will be allowed into? The apology and lack of acknowledgement from the airline is absolutely pathetic!

Don't fly with this airline unless you have absolutely no choice!!!
