The Worst Airline you can use, definitely not the best airline, I really wish I had read the reviews before I Would not have used them, Missed our Flight at OR Tambo, their call centre couldn't send a link for over 50 Minutes to do a payment of Equivalent US$50, eventually had to buy another Ticket that cost US1500, still no response from the airline, wrote an official complaint. The final straw is I tried upgrading using my Avios and the have debited my Avios account and transaction is not complete now I have to sit in that **** Hole Economy class.
