Disgusting survice form 5 star Qatar !!

My husband and 3 young kids left South Africa early on Wednesday morning early 29 April to Melbourne. A trip that should have taken 25 hours has now proceede to take more than 72 hours .... And counting<br> Qatar have washed their hands clean of this , re routed my family via Bangkok and then placed them on a low cost budget airline, Jetstar, to Melbourne.... This budget airline has now been delayed by some 18 hours. we have appealed to Qatar to please try and reroute them on their airline but they won't hear anything of the sort. There is no assistance given to my hubby and 3 kids in terms of meals or anything !! They are still traveling, traumatized and so very tired ! I cannot believe this is the consideration and service from Qatar!!! They have been told to go to Hilton hotel but they have to pay for this and the cab ride to the hotel upfront - where does he just pull this money from.? Please help - my young family are desperate to get to Melbourne (they emigrating) and we have been so poorly treated by Qatar !!!!!
