Disgusting Service

********** service, flight details did not specify that check in time was 3 hours prior. I arrived at the check in counter 1h30 before boarding and the refused to check us in so we missed our R20 00.00 flight because of that. The flight was still on standby and we literally could have made it on board. They did not even try to understand or reason with us and the manger on duty was condescending and it was shocking. For a first time booking the was truly a shocking experience to say the least. I would definitely NEVER reccomend nor book with them again since they boast about customer service. I'm actually disgusted!!!
