Disgruntled customer

I booked flights with Qatar about 3 months ago unfortunately l was not able to travel.l ended up requesting for a refund.This refund was supposed to come in 2 parts.They told me that refund will take 4 weeks and the funds will be in my card.After a month still l did not have the refund and l kept asking for feedback on it and no one was updating me.l was being passed around to different agents to help me with follow up.By this time l was in S.A l had to go back to the Zimbabwe Qatar office just to have feed back and by this time its already 2 months past the time they told me refund will be done ONLY TO BE TOLD REFUND PROCESS HAS NOT STARTED YET.Why is it such a big company can't process a refund.Its so easy for Qatar to take your money but it's a problem when it comes to refunding it back.I am so not happy with such service.For such a big company this is pathetic 🚮🚮
