Delayed flight with no communication

We were booked on a flight from cape town to doha 30 Sep 2017 13:05, it was delayed and we were booked to stay in cape town for the night if is now 1 Oct 10:40 and no one knows what is going on! We are stuck in the lobby without knowing if we are flying today or ever for that matter! Our end destination is ****et and we are losing time there due to the fact that we arr stuck in cape town. We paid alot of money for 7nights which just decreased to 6nights. Qatar doesn’t answer their phones and no one knows what is going on
