Damaged Luggages

In February 2020, I has bad experience of my luggage been damage and lost half of my valuables inside. I reported the matter the same day when i got to my room when i open the luggage, to my surprise half of my belongings were missing. I reported it to the Houston office and Muhammed Adil Khan was dealing with it. I was only left with a few stuff. All my valuables are gone, watch, sneakers, my clothes just to name a few. I tried calling you guys as soon as I realized that my things were missing but your offices were closed. I complete all the forms that was presented before me. I was surprised when after follow up after follow up that the i was supposed to noticed it in the airport. the communication is horrible.
