Damaged luggage

<p>I flew with Qatar recently and my suitcase was incredibly mishandled - visibly by scratches and s****s. However, my wheel that was bolted into the suitcase has been completely broken off rendering the suitcase USELESS. The suitcase was BRAND NEW. I wrote to Qatar but they're not prepared to do anything about it even though it was dine in a timely manner. I expect this kind of service from a bad airline not one as expensive and esteemed as Qatar purports themselves to be. Thanks for ruining my suitcase Qatar - ill certainly enjoy spending another $200 replacing it and will NEVER fly Qatar again. </p>
