DAMAGED BAGS REPORT NO RESPONSE FROM QATAR

after flying with qatar airways on return,my bag was totally damaged.so when i reported it to the insurance co,they said to inform the airlines,which i did directly,till now no response from them absolutely nothing. this is so typical of these guys. really **** service.DISGUSTING
