Damaged bag

My luggage bag was damaged on the 21 September 2017. I had reported the incident and was requested to fill in a form an send through my banking deatils. I've been communicating with Riana Jenniker it's 2months later I haven't received my reimbur*****t and no one has communicated otherwise.
