Had the worst customer service experience with Qatar airways at OR Tambo airport . No respect for customers at all. Also no feedback regarding situation.i would recommend another airline. I will never fly Qatar ever again.

07 Nov 2021, 12:00We arrived at OR Tambo airport to board a flight to Dublin and did an interview with the superintendent of the airline who then told us to take a seat. We waited and waited until the aircraft that we were supposed to be on had left only to find out that the airline had submitted information to border control to stop us flying over.
We queried this only to recieve an answer 3 days later. We tried to get a refund only to find out that the superintendent said we did not show up at airport for our flight thus losing our refund of R32000.00 and also Cost us in excess of R7000.00 extra for accomodations.
