Flight was delayed by 1hr 45 minutes. Staff were extremely unhelpful and they did not have a clue on how to procced with certain information required as majority of the passengers missed their connection flights. Cabin crew somewhat unfriendly, and stand-offish with the passengers. We also sat with our food trays in front of us for so long that passengers were taking them back to crew themselves.
