Compensation for Flight Mishap

The management said I was entitled compensation for the flight to Geneva via Doha. My flight was meant for the 16th of June 2022 at 20:25PM , however, I was unable to check-in due to double booking of my seat. I missed the first day of the IFRC Statutory Meetings and the General Assembly

The manager at the OR Tambo International Airport said that I am entitled to compensation due to this unfortunate situation. Although I was given accommodation for the night, the agreed compensation has not fully been fulfilled by the airline.

My flight reference number is VW3G9U for that particular flight. It has been 2 weeks since I lodged the appeal
