Check in nightmare

My name is Janoviv Lazaridis and I’m the other lady that was traveling with Miss Victoria Busisiwe Jila on the 23rd from Heathrow when a terrible injustice happened to us. From the very beginning we couldn’t understand how an airline would only allow 30kg baggage when this is an international flight that was booked. We asked if we then would be able to upgrade and they said no because it’s a company policy not to allow that.

We has two conflicting stories from the beginning regarding our bags, the lady that was checking me in told me that I had to pay 500 ponds when on told my friend that she was to pay 900 pounds. Something is terribly wrong here.

We then decided with Victoria to throw away most of our clothes, shoes and body stuff. We did this in front of them because we asked for a huge Qatar plastic and we even left it there with them.

When we eventually checked in 10 minutes before they closed we were told that one of my bags would now be allowed to be carried in the plane as it’s small enough to enter in, this is the same bag that they said had excess and was not even weighed the second time. They told us that we quickly had to pay or the plane would leave us. So we paid not to miss the flight. So they only weighed one bag of mine which was then 27kg, and they didn’t even tell us how much the other two bags for Victoria weighed. So how is it possible that we still had 21 kg even after we both they away most of our clothes , shoes and body and face stuff.

Can you imagine a scenario where one has to board the only flight that was able to be booked in thee months for repatriation purposes to their home country and having increased stress. Having to pay 688 pounds after throwing away our loved possessions.

We need Qatar to know the truth of what happens then and how we were cheated of our hard earned money. Those workers stole from us with no mercy. We need our money back.
